• Setting up a joint venture between a Russian and foreign investor and advising on the establishment of an enterprise for concrete manufacture
• Comprehensive support of the merger of a major Scandinavian company specializing in metal corrosion treatment with a Russian manufacturing company, including comprehensive due diligence of the Russian counterparty, transaction structuring, as well as advice on investment and taxation issues
• Providing support for sale of a concrete production plant in Russia to a group of investors from the CIS. This deal amounted to about RUB 2 billion
• Handling the reorganization of a major European industrial holding through spin-off of a new company from the Russian subsidiary. The divided assets amounted to about RUB 4 billion
• Handling the reorganization of a Fortune 500 US timber manufacturer by merging its Russian subsidiaries
• Handling the reorganization of a major lighting manufacturer
• Assisting with a joint venture among concrete producers, including transfer of assets to the joint venture and getting antimonopoly approval of the transaction
• Introduction of anti-corruption procedures and policies, training on compliance with antimonopoly and anti-corruption laws at a major Fortune 500 manufacturer of construction materials
• Assisting with financing from an international organization to support construction and investment projects
• Assisting a major European company’s subsidiary with its reorganization
