Robert Gurdyumov spoke at a SPIBA event about the legal validity of electronic documents

An event was held by St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) on October 15, 2020 to discuss the issues related to electronic document management: Electronic Document Management – Implementation Issues and Case Study.

Two members of the Forte Tax & Law team took part in this event: Anton Kabakov acted as a moderator, while Robert Gurdyumov, Senior Associate, made a presentation on the legal aspects of electronic documents.

Robert spoke about the actual legal validity currently conferred to electronic documents in case of a dispute and whether such documents can be used as evidence in court.
