Anton Kabakov spoke at St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum
The 12th St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum took place on November 13-15, 2019. This forum is the largest platform for promoting research and business potential in the northern capital. The projects and initiatives presented at the forum contribute to reinforcing the image of St. Petersburg as the leading intellectual center in Russia and the world.
A session on HR Potential – Innovation in Management was held as part of the forum. This topic was addressed because of the recent intensification of competition for human resources in the IT sector. This competition is indeed so acute that it is sometimes called “talent shortage”. Leading HR specialists and managers discussed how to build an HR policy in the current situation.
Anton Kabakov, partner at Forte Tax & Law, spoke at this session about the legal aspects of labor relations in the field of IT. Anton described “unconventional” types of work relationships such as teleworking, outstaffing and outsourcing.
Anton also spoke about the risks associated with the various types of work relationships and gave recommendations on which one should be favored depending on the circumstances.
