A conference on Development Trends in International Taxation in Russia was held on April 04, 2019 at St. Petersburg State University. Anton Kabakov, partner at Forte Tax & Law, moderated one session and also made a presentation on transfer pricing trends.

The second meeting of the debating club #SPIBATaxTalks was held on April 02, 2019 to discuss at a round table organized by SPIBA a specific tax topic brought up at the initiative of Forte Tax & Law.

The annual Doing Business 2019: Training for Reform Report was published recently by the World Bank. Doing Business is a global survey and rating of countries ranked by the business conditions they offer.

Forte Tax & Law held last week its last seminar of the year on changes in Russian and international tax legislation which will come into force in 2019.

SPIBA held on Wednesday December 12, 2018 a Q&A session with St. Petersburg Finance Committee Chairman Alexey Alexeevich Korabelnikov which was moderated by Anton Kabakov, Partner at Forte Tax & Law.

The second online tax marathon was held on December 5-7, 2018 on the portal CFO Café. This event turned out to be massive with over 500 CFOs, chief accountants and corporate tax lawyers in attendance.

The results of the main Russian rating of law firms, Pravo.ru-300, were announced last Wednesday.  According to this rating, Forte Tax & Law is among the best law firms of the country in several areas of law.
