Natalia Vorobyeva Speaks at Kommersant Tax Conference 2024

On April 18, 2024, the Kommersant Publishing House, jointly with Forte Tax & Law and several other experts, held Tax Conference 2024 that brought together leading Russian lawyers, consultants, and officials. The conference discussed the hottest topics in tax law, tax-related business risks, the strategy and tactics of tax administration and planning, and the latest judicial practice.

Natalia Vorobyeva, Senior Associate at Forte Tax & Law, made a presentation to the participants. Talking about structuring transactions with a foreign element from a tax perspective, she drew attention to the increased role that the Russian Government Commission plays in approving such transactions and the extremely high importance of the clarifications that the Russian Ministry of Finance provides.

Robert Gurdyumov and Julia Talagaeva, Senior Associates at Forte Tax & Law, also attended the conference as listeners, actively participating in a lively discussion.
