HQS Family Members Entry to Russia
This is a reminder that according to Russian government decrees No. 635 dated March 16, 2020 and No. 3675-r dated December 30, 2020 HQS family members (spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents and adoptees) can also enter Russia.
Applications for family member entry should be filed together with HQS entry applications with the relevant ministry. HQS and their family members do not need to enter Russia at the same time. However, minors cannot enter Russia alone.
Also, the process for technical specialists entering the country for maintenance or assembly works is working well. Although there is a high demand for such applications, the time required by authorities to process applications is under 1 month.
