Forte Tax & Law 9 nominations in Kommersant rating of law firms

Kommersant published today its annual rating of the best Russian law firms. This survey is singular in so far as it assesses not only legal practices, but also industry practices and individual lawyers practicing in the surveyed law firms. New categories were also introduced this year, and the rating is now divided into federal and regional levels. Forte Tax & Law’s expertise and its lawyers were nominated this year in 9 different categories.

Four of Forte Tax & Law’s legal practices were highly rated this year: Tax Law, Foreign Trade, Corporate Law/M&A, and Labor and Migration Law.

Forte Tax & Law was nominated in the industry practice category for TMT (telecommunications, media, and technology): Advising Industry Leaders.

Two of our lawyers, Anton Kabakov and Julia Talagaeva, received an award in the individual ranking of lawyers. Anton was nominated in three categories at once (tax, corporate, and labor law), while Julia  was nominated for foreign trade (customs law and currency regulation).
