Ekaterina Belyaeva talks about changes to employment agreement at SPIBA event

Last Tuesday, July 12, the St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) hosted an event titled “Employment Relationship in Times of Uncertainty—Relocation, Dismissals, and Changes to Employment Agreements”.

Ekaterina Belyaeva, Associate at Forte Tax & Law, gave a presentation on “Changes to an Employment Agreement—Grounds and Procedural Aspects”.  She discussed the ways to make changes to the terms and conditions of an employment agreement, emphasizing two options: by mutual agreement and upon the employer’s initiative. Ekaterina focused on the conditions and the grounds for the implementation of this procedure, elaborating on the practical aspects of its implementation.
