The East Office of Finnish Industries held an online meeting last week with leading transfer pricing specialists in Russia. The East Office of Finnish Industries pools together the largest Finnish manufacturing companies.

Anton Kabakov, partner at Forte Tax & Law, reviewed at this online meeting the situation with transfer pricing in Russia at the moment. Anton’s presentation was built around practical aspects, so Anton spoke about how checks are being carried out, and what the Federal Tax Service focuses on during those checks. Anton also reviewed key transfer pricing cases and gave practical recommendations on transfer pricing documentation the purpose of which is, first and foremost, to support the business goal of transactions and their actual existence.
