Anton Kabakov spoke at an international tax planning workshop at the Chamber of Tax Consultants

An international tax planning online master class was held on June 10, 2020 at the Chamber of Tax Consultants. The Chamber of Tax Consultants is a community of leading tax consultants in Russia. Anton Kabakov, partner at Forte Tax & Law, made a presentation at this event on the broad topic of transfer pricing.

During his presentation, Anton described in detail all the key points of transfer pricing in Russia: from the basic aspects such as what transfer pricing is in general, who is affected by its rules to how it is regulated. Anton also addressed the practical aspects of transfer pricing and spoke about the current status of transfer pricing legislation and what case law has been teaching us in recent years.
