Anton Kabakov spoke at an HR seminar for IT companies

Another RUSSOFT summer seminar on the full cycle of HR management in IT companies was held on July 11, 2019 in Moscow. Company directors, heads of HR department and business development directors of various high-tech companies in Moscow attended this event. The seminar topic on How Can IT Companies Win the Race for Staff is very relevant to IT companies today.

Anton Kabakov, Partner at Forte Tax & Law, spoke at this event about the types of “non-standard” employment relationships and the particular way they are used in IT. Anton talked about, in particular, outsourcing, outstaffing and teleworking.

Anton compared these types of labor relations, outlined the pros and cons of each type and also gave recommendations on the type that would be more suitable in certain cases.
