Anton Kabakov gave a lecture on transfer pricing at the International School of Business at the Financial University

On March 18 and 19, 2021, Anton Kabakov, partner at Forte Tax & Law, gave comprehensive lectures on transfer pricing at the International School of Business at the Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation. This institution is a new generation financial and management business school.

Anton’s lecture given as part of the International Tax Law and Taxation professional retraining program addressed various aspects of transfer pricing. Starting with the fundamentals of transfer pricing, its objectives, regulation, applicability and documentation, Anton moved on to more complex aspects, reviewing in detail each of the transfer pricing methods. In conclusion, Anton advised paying particular attention to ensure that transfer pricing rules are consistent with rules for determining customs value in practice and considering how the pandemic will affect transfer pricing in 2020-2021 as well as control over uncontrolled transactions.
