New forms to notify migration authorities
Before you set off for your New Year holidays, we would like to remind you that new forms to notify migration authorities of conclusion and termination of employment contracts with foreign nationals as well as of payment of salaries will be introduced starting from January 01, 2021.
The forms used for notification of migration authorities of conclusion and termination of employment or civil law contracts with foreign nationals as well as those for notification of fulfillment of employer/customer obligation to pay wages will be changed in 2021. The new forms have been approved by Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Decree N 536 dated July 30, 2020 which is to enter into force on January 01, 2021.
Submitting notifications on the old form from January 01, 2021 may result in a fine from RUB 400,000 to RUB 800,000 for companies.
