New deadlines for submitting information on staff employment to the Pension Fund on Form SZV-TD[1] will apply in the period from April 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Until the end of 2020, employers will be required to submit Form SZV-TD:
- no later than the working day following the date on which a hiring or dismissal order (or other decisions) is issued;
- no later than the 15th of the month following the month in which:
- an employee is transferred to another permanent position; or
- an employee applied for maintaining his/her employment record book in paper[2] or in electronic form (employment information)[3];
It is important to note that employers must also submit Form SZV-TD on April 28, 2020 if they dismissed or hired employees from April 01, 2020 to April 27, 2020.
If the deadlines for submission of Form SZV-TD are not observed, companies could be fined up to RUB 50,000 and company officers up to RUB 5,000[4].
