Ekaterina advises foreign and Russian companies on intellectual property protection (at the pre-trial stage), on organizational aspects of personal data protection (drafting personal data processing policies taking into account the relationships actually in place in companies) as well as on corporate, commercial, civil and labor law.
Education
Ekaterina graduated in 2014 with a law degree from St. Petersburg State University and obtained a master’s degree in Constitutional Law from the same university in 2016, having successfully defended her thesis on Legal Foundations of Privacy Protection on the Internet. In 2017, Ekaterina obtained an LL.M. from Hamburg University (Germany), having defended in German her thesis on Issues of Applicable Law in Cross-Border License Contracts..

In addition to her native Russian, Ekaterina also speaks English and German fluently.
Hobby
In her spare time, Ekaterina enjoys skiing, swimming and playing squash.
