Robert Gurdyumov speaks at SPIBA seminar on electronic document flow

ВоOn Tuesday, April 19, Holiday Inn Express St. Petersburg hosted a seminar arranged by the St. Petersburg International Business Association titled “Current Issues of Electronic Document Flow”. Robert Gurdyumov, Senior Associate at Forte Tax & Law, participated in this seminar. Robert talked to the attendees about the legal aspects of using electronic signatures in commercial document flow.

Robert addressed the key changes in the legal regulation of electronic signatures, discussing the types of electronic signatures, the applicable requirements for enhanced qualified electronic signatures, and the main areas of electronic document flow. Robert elaborated on the key judicial practices associated with electronic document flow.
