Outcome of the roundtable with the Migration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

As you may recall, we wrote earlier about the roundtable in which participated representatives of the Migration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs as well as representatives of the business community, including Julia Talagaeva, Senior Associate at Forte Tax & Law.

The newspaper Delovoy Peterburg organized this event and summed up what was discussed at the roundtable by reporting on what employers could expect after the tightening of control over the foreign labor market.

Julia actively and constructively contributed to the discussion of the consequences of the law adopted last month. This law prohibits registering foreign employees at their employer’s address if this is not a residential place.
