Mikhail Borodin talks to SPIBA members about business opportunities in Thailand

On June 15, 2023, the St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) hosted a webinar “Course for the East—Business in China, Hong Kong, and Thailand” initiated by Forte Tax & Law.

Anton Kabakov, Partner at Forte Tax & Law, moderated the event, and Mikhail Borodin, Counsel, talked about entering the Thai market and doing business in Thailand.

Mikhail spoke about structuring a business in Thailand, investment incentives, setting up a company, business taxes in Thailand, as well as employment and migration issues that foreign employees may face.
