Julia Talagaeva took part in a round table discussion with representatives of the Migration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

The newspaper Delovoy Peterburg held its annual round table together with the Migration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region to discuss the latest amendments to migration laws as well as the latest practice of migration control. Julia Talagaeva, Senior Associate at Forte Tax & Law, took part in this round table discussion.

The Deputy Head of the Migration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, Mikhail Khlusov, and the Deputy Director of the St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region Branch of the Passport and Visa Service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Dmitry Romashko, were among the round table speakers.

Trends and practice of involvement of migrants in various business sectors, as well as existing problems in issuing permits were discussed during the round table as well as the topic of migrants and taxation.
