Julia Talagaeva speaks at a CFO conference held by the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce

On June 21, 2023, the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Russland) held its annual CFO conference in Moscow.

Julia Talagaeva, Senior Associate at Forte Tax & Law, talked about “Payments to foreign shareholders from unfriendly countries—Current Practice of Obtaining Authorizations”.

Julia made detailed comments on the changes that have taken place in the work of the Russian Government Commission from its inception in February 2022 to the present. Julia addressed a tightening of the procedure for issuing authorizations and shared the practical experience that Forte Tax & Law has amassed in this area..
