Do not forget about the new obligation for employers to notify of employee discharge
Presidential Decree No. 486 requires employers to post temporarily from April 13, 2020 to December 31, 2020 the following information to the national job vacancy database Work in Russia if applicable:
- Company liquidation (termination of individual entrepreneur activity);
- Downsizing;
- Introduction of part-time work;
- Introduction of temporary remote work;
- Possible dismissal;
- Introduction of standby/downtime;
- Employee discharge (employee dismissal).
The above information must be provided no later than the next working day following the date of occurrence of any of the above changes.
