Julia Talagaeva Overviews New Russian Law on Corporate Governance with Respect to Economically Significant Organizations at Meeting of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

On September 19, 2023, the Taxes and Finance Committee of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Russie) held a meeting in Moscow. Julia Talagaeva, Senior Associate at Forte Tax & Law, presented an overview of the new Federal Law No. 470-FZ of August 4, 2023.
