It used to be mandatory for foreign nationals arriving in Russia to have a negative PCR test taken no more than 3 calendar days prior to their arrival in Russia

Presidential Decree No. 364 dated June 15, 2021 has extended again the duration of temporary stay in Russia for foreign nationals.

The Russian government continues easing the restrictions on entry to Russia.

A document expanding the list of countries whose nationals are allowed to enter Russia was posted on the Russian Government website on January 25, 2021.

This is a reminder that according to Russian government decrees HQS family members can also enter Russia.

Before you set off for your New Year holidays, we would like to remind you that new forms to notify migration authorities of conclusion and termination of employment contracts with foreign nationals as well as of payment of salaries will be introduced starting from January 01, 2021.

Russian government decree #1671-p sets out that HQS are allowed to enter Russia. We offer to HQS a complete return entry package to Russia which entails handling all documentation and negotiations with local authorities.

Please note that from December 26, 2020 people arriving from the UK must quarantine upon arrival in the Russian Federation

Presidential Decree has extended once again the temporary measures applied since March 15, 2020 to regulate the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus thereby extending the periods of stay for foreign nationals until June 15, 2021.

Technical specialists can enter Russia for maintenance and installation of equipment purchased abroad.
