Kommersant published today its annual rating of the best Russian law firms.

We are delighted to announce that Anton Kabakov, Partner at Forte Tax & Law, has been nominated in the individual rating of lawyers in the category Tax Consulting and Disputes (Group I).

The results of Pravo.ru-300 rating, the main Russian rating of law firms, were announced on December 4 in an official ceremony held online this year. Highly rated in four areas of law, Forte Tax & Law has been commended for its expertise.

On November 18, 2020, the Russian Supreme Court ruled in favor of a large American manufacturer of self-propelled equipment whose interests were represented by Forte Tax & Law in a dispute with customs authorities. The Supreme Court reversed the decision of the first instance court as well as the decisions of the appellate and cassation instances.

The World Transfer Pricing 2021 international study conducted by the renowned International Tax Review was published on September 30. We are pleased to announce that it is the second consecutive year that the study rates Forte Tax & Law among the best firms for transfer pricing practice in Russia.

On June 3, the international rating Best Lawyers published its 12th list of Best Lawyers in Russia 2021. This year, 6 Forte Tax & Law lawyers won acclaim in 4 categories.
