Anton Kabakov was invited to moderate discussion about leadership for top managers

An event organized by Kelly Services for top managers to discuss leadership was held last Tuesday. Our esteemed partner, Anton Kabakov, was invited to moderate this discussion which ended up being particularly up-beat thanks to all the relevant issues that were discussed.

What is a modern leader? What quality should he/she have? Is it possible to nurture leaders in companies? How is leadership organized in “agile” systems? Perhaps, leadership will no longer be in the future. These topics were broached in presentations made by Yana Donskaya, HR Director at OOO Vozdushnye Vorota Severnoy Stolitsy, Anna Ustiyanits,  Commercial Director at Kelly Services, as well as Sergey Fedorinov, General director of CKB42 (former CEO of Yulmart).
