Anton Kabakov spoke at the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce СFO conference

The annual CFO conference organized by the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce took place on September 16, and this year it was held in a new format by way of a teleconference between Moscow and St. Petersburg.

At this event, Anton Kabakov, partner at Forte Tax & Law, spoke about transfer pricing in general and about price control in transactions between related companies in particular.

Anton reviewed the key indicators of tax price control over the past two years. He also mentioned the transactions that are “in the crosshairs” and outlined planned changes. Talking about the risks this year, Anton, as expected, focused on the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and advised companies to document and prepare already now a justification of changes in pricing.
