Julia Talagaeva talked to pravo.ru about how employers can check up on vaccination

Last week, pravo.ru published an article on the hot topic of compulsory vaccination which has already been introduced in several regions.

Julia Talagaeva, senior associate at Forte Tax & Law, commented to pravo.ru on how employers should announce vaccination within specific timeframes. Julia noted that employers should issue an order for vaccination of all employees well in advance.

Julia also noted that it is not worth taking employees’ word for their vaccination.

“It would make sense in such situation to assume that employees are not vaccinated even if they claim the opposite,” noted Julia.
