Forte Tax & Law is seeking a mid-level associate whose main specialization is in the practice of corporate, commercial, and labor law.
- Law degree
- At least 3-4 years of experience at legal consulting firms and/or international companies
- Fluent English as most of our clients are foreigners with whom we often liaise in English
- Excellent knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and labor law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- Working with international corporate clients (complete or partial legal support of companies’ activities)
- Participating in negotiations with clients
- Advising clients on general commercial, corporate, and labor issues
- Preparing and drafting memoranda
- Developing and preparing corporate documents
- Representing clients’ interests in various state agencies
- Supporting M&A operations
- Conducting due diligence
- Reviewing and drafting various contracts and agreements
- Participating in marketing events, giving presentations in seminars
