Artem has been providing legal support to businesses since 2017. He has extensive experience in advising Russian and foreign clients on corporate matters. Artem guides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects through various stages. This includes transactions that require liaison with government and regulatory agencies. He has experience in arbitration, out-of-court dispute settlement, and legal representation in commercial and customs matters. Recently, Artem has been advising and representing foreign clients in relocating their businesses to other countries, managing their companies on a temporary basis, and exiting the Russian market.
