Viktoria is in charge of the overall financial management and analysis of various aspects of the firm’s financial activities. Her responsibilities include financial planning and budgeting, developing financial strategy, evaluating financial performance, creating a cash flow management system, and maintaining managerial accounting records. Viktoria is also responsible for planning and organizing the firm’s internal control and audit activities, as well as optimizing internal business processes in financial accounting and human resources management. In addition, Viktoria liaises with counterparties on the execution of agreements and contracts, the exchange of documents, and participates in internal tenders for the selection of new suppliers.

Before joining Forte Tax & Law, Viktoria worked for three years as an accountant for a large wood-processing company.
