Anton Kabakov spoke at SPIBA Annual Tax Conference Taxes 2018

SPIBA Finance Committee held its annual tax conference Taxes 2018 on February 20, 2018. What are the key takeaways from 2017? What is to be expected for business in 2018? How will the tax burden be changed? These and other issues were addressed at this event. This year, speakers were lined up to address topics “from general to specific”: international taxation was discussed first, followed then by the changes and prospects for taxation in Russia.

Anton Kabakov, Partner at Forte Tax & Law and co-chairman of SPIBA Financial Committee shared some transfer pricing news. In particular, Anton spoke about the introduction of new transfer pricing reporting for international groups of companies, the concessions made by the Ministry of Finance, and the latest court practice on transfer pricing.
