Mika had been involved in project management in Russia since 2004 and was one of the founders of Forte Tax & Law.

Mika had accumulated significant experience over many years of advising large international companies. He had gained invaluable insights from his experience, which he shared with companies seeking to develop their business in Russia and the CIS countries. Consequently, Mika’s team is now well-equipped to advise clients on any type of projects in various sectors of the economy.

Mika was an active member of several business associations and business clubs, often gave lectures on the organization and development of business, operating activities, and investments in Russia.
